"My Region, My Career" Photo Competition

Five students from John Curtin College of the Arts partcipapted in this years "My Region, My Career" photo competition.

The students worked under supervision from Artsmedia Coordinator, Emma Clements and each produced a photo which they felt related to "their region, their career".

These photos will be posted onto this blog after the competition has been judged.

Also participating in the competition were four students from Willeton Senior High School, under the watchful eye of teacher Jayson Bignoux, who each created and submitted a photo each for the Regional Industry Career Advisor (RICA) photo competition "My Region, My Career".

Each of the photos from all students and their titles have been submitted to the RICA and these will be displayed at various events including National Careers Week 2nd-8th June, 2008 and the DET Expo in June (date tbc).

State winners will be judged by public opinion and Industry finalists will be given to the National Industry Career Specialists (NICS) for judging on 30th May, 2008. Winners will be announced at the DET Expo in June.
