National Career Development Week (NCDW) aims to raise awareness about career development and emphasise the need for all Australians to develop skills to manage their career, learning, work and life in order to get the life they love. In 2007, over 300 events, both large and small were held nationally and this year is set to be even bigger and better. Helen is one of the top Nutrition Educators in Australia and a regular guest radio health presenter. She is renowned for being down to earth, passionate, easy to understand & a real "crack up". Having studied many different aspects of nutrition and health she shares amazing information about our body & food. Helen delivers her POWERFUL NUTRITION SEMINAR to parents, children, students, employers, and employees in a wide range of businesses and in over 50 public and private schools.


Supper - we start the evening with a mouthwatering supper prepared by the Chef at Munja Gardens to showcase the best of what healthy eating has to offer : soup, buffet, salads, condiments and even desserts including low fat lemon meringue pies !!
