Western Power offers the "Stuart Morgan Scholarship" to students graduating from a regional high school or as a country boarder at a metropolitan high school. Eligible students need to intend to undertake a degree course in the field of engineering (electrical, electronics, civil/structure, IT) or commerce at a university in Perth.
